The German skills you’ll acquire in 16 weeks

This German A1-B1 course initially focuses on reading, listening, speaking, and writing before you’re taught to communicate clearly in German. As you begin the course, you learn to use German to integrate into Austria, orient yourself, and find your way around. As the course progresses, you’ll explore a variety of topics relevant to life, residence, and work in Austria. This way you learn to use German grammar and expressions correctly and independently to understand lectures, discuss topics, and engage with texts. LcL’s Language Lab is a unique tool you can use to further improve your listening and speaking skills. If you need to complete a German A1 or B1 exam, this course is right for you. It’s also a prerequisite for the pre-study course B2-C1 for advanced learners.
