Course description English compact A2

This compact English course helps you improve your English skills three times a week to levels A2.1 and A2.2. Practice reading, listening, writing, and speaking as you study daily life and work topics. Express your thoughts on these topics using the grammatical structures you get to know in the course. Additionally, the LcL Language Lab* offers practical listening and speaking tasks that help you better understand and speak in English and participate in any English exams you must take. *Online participation is also possible on request. In the case of online course participation, the phonetics units in the LcL language laboratory are omitted.

Overview of English A2.1 and A2.2 language content

Complete basic language acts about, e.g., yourself, work, and health

Use more advanced grammar and vocabulary, understand and form connected sentences

Talk about things you know in everyday situations, e.g., family

Write official and unofficial notes or short letters
