German Course for Engineers, Architects & Construction B2+

From your first construction drawing to completing the construction project

If you are at the B2 level or higher and are an engineer, architect, construction worker, or work in a related real estate or construction job, this German course is for you. Learn receptive and productive German skills to have professional written and spoken exchanges with colleagues, clients, superiors, and building authorities.

In our exclusive Language Lab you work on case studies and take on different roles to have tough employee conversations or interviews, come to an agreement in negotiations, or get the board to approve your project. With each case study you complete, you increase self-awareness of your spoken German.

In our in-person lessons, you practice technical terms and figures of speech. Develop communication techniques for the construction industry, building stages, and dealing with other construction companies by completing example projects. The business language and intercultural knowledge you learn in this course prepares you to negotiatiate with real estate and construction institutions.

Civil engineers, architects, and mechanical engineers who’ve moved to Austria benefit from the course content described here. This German course prepares you for using professional German for your high-ranking position in construction or any related field.

If you participate in a face-to-face course, we also offer Phonetics practice sessions in the exclusive LcL Language Lab. Practice your pronunciation while you focus on roleplay activities: act out (difficult) conversations with customers and employees, solving problems, and responding to complaints.
