On Monday, August 1, 2022, the COVID-19-VBV regulation (COVID-19 Verkehrsbeschränkungsverordnung) comes into effect, which no longer requires quarantine. Participants can attend courses if they feel healthy and not sick. However, they must wear an FFP2 mask throughout the whole lesson.

If you need a payment confirmation for your company, your financial support or your visa, we can send it to you.

The LcL Institute does not offer any installment plans, but you can still pay in installments using Klarna. After you receive your invoice and payment link from LcL, finish your booking with Klarna and select an external installment plan. Sometimes you can also pay in installments using your credit card. Ask your credit institution if this is possible for you.

You can come to the LcL office to pay your invoice with any of the widely accepted payment methods.

After you receive the invoice, you have up to seven days to pay the full course fee. You’ll receive the payment link, which you can use to easily pay for the course, along with your invoice. If you’d like to pay in installments, you can choose a payment method like Klarna that makes this possible. If you have financial aid or a discount, specify this in your registration. We’ll verify this and, if we can confirm this, subtract the funded or discounted amount from your invoice.

Please verify that all your personal data matches your bank data. Check that you’ve entered everything correctly. For the bank to authorize the payment, your name, card number, verification number, security code, and the transaction number sent to you by text message must be correct. If you have any questions, <a href="https://lcl-institut.at/en/lcl-institut-vienna-language-school-contact-us">contact us</a> and we’ll guide you through the registration and payment process.

Normally, if your registration is correct, you should receive a booking confirmation and invoice. You have seven days in which you can pay the invoice to permanently book your course. Please <a href="https://lcl-institut.at/en/lcl-institut-vienna-language-school-contact-us">contact us</a> if you haven’t received a booking confirmation.

You can do this, too. Sign up for your language course online and give the LcL team three days to review your registration. After it’s verified, LcL will send you an invoice where you’ll find a payment link. Click the link to select that you want to pay in person. Then, you’ll have seven days to visit the institute and pay in cash or cashless.

If you sign up online, LcL will verify your registration and send you an invoice. There, you’ll find a link where you can choose your payment method and pay the invoice. You can pay online or in person at the LcL Institute. We accept cash and cashless payment.
If you pay in person at LcL, we can verify your registration, send you an invoice, send you the link, and accept your cash or cashless payment immediately. You can also pay within the next seven days using the payment link.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards, Paypal, Klarna, and more. You can also pay in person with cash or card.
